It can be difficult to make big changes in your lifestyle, especially when you don’t have the tools to understand how, or even where to start. I had a big wake up call after I had my twin girls.
After becoming a Mom, it took me almost two years to figure out a routine where I prioritized time for myself. I quickly learned, I could show up most efficiently for my family as long as I was taking the time I needed for me and my needs also. It took some time, but I have learned to love myself again, and to appreciate my body for what is has carried me through. As your personal trainer, I want to help you create a strong and healthy relationship with your body. One where you walk past a mirror and never fail to see how strong you really are.

Strength training helps to develop lean body mass and decrease total body fat. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, lose weight, or complete your daily tasks more efficiently – strength training is an important foundation in all of my programs.
Improve Body Composition
Losing weight is often the most named motivator for starting a wellness program. While weight loss is important for some individuals’ health, my programs focus on progress by body measurements and percieved body image. I’ll never ask you to step on a scale.
Recovery and Rehab
Movement is essential in the recovery process of injury, disease, and life changing events. Taking small steps to improve your overall health will make a signficant impact on your mental and physicall wellness.

Virtual or In-Person
Workouts will be given by me “live” in-person or virtually. Training packages include nutrition coaching, accountability check-ins, and assigned workouts for solo days.
